Bliss balls are my favourite snack right now. They are full of good fats, curb that sugar craving and are so yummy! You can use fresh or frozen raspberries in this recipe.
1 cup raspberries (I used frozen raspberries that I defrosted) 1 cup desiccated coconut + a small amount for rolling the balls in 1/2 cup raw cacao 2 tablespoons maple syrup
You can put the mashed berries through a sieve if you want to remove the seeds but I didn't and they still get the thumbs up! Mix everything together and roll into balls then roll through the extra coconut. Put them in the fridge to firm up a little. Absolutely delicious!
