Healthier Lunchbox Inspiration
There are two main issues that people come to me for help with one of which is the school lunchbox. As I am sure you have gathered, I am PASSIONATE about feeding children tasty, nutritious whole food. I feel so passionate about the health of our next generation that I have put together 3 weeks of lunchbox recipes that I am giving you for free.
If you've read some of my blog posts you'll know that I do my absolute best to keep my family's meals free from wheat, dairy and processed sugar. But don't despair, there's still plenty of deliciousness in there, in fact, if it doesn't pass the kid test, it doesn't get published here.

These recipes are all free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar. But as you can see, there's still loads of fun and delicious ways to serve real food to our children.
I feel very passionate about the health of children. I feel that we have forgotten that just because they have youth on their side, doesn't mean that they are not being affected by the chemicals that are in so many packaged foods.
